By accessing or using umolabs.ai or any UMO Labs AI service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of UMO Labs AI LLC ("UMO Labs AI", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Wyoming, USA, with operations in Oslo, Norway.
UMO Labs AI provides AI consulting, implementation, workforce development, and product development services. Specific terms for each engagement are set out in individual service agreements or statements of work.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

All content on umolabs.ai — including text, graphics, logos, methodologies, frameworks, and software — is owned by or licensed to UMO Labs AI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
Deliverables produced for clients under a paid engagement are licensed to the client as specified in the relevant service agreement.

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, financial data, or strategic plans to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
We may reference that you are a client (e.g. in a case study or partner list) only with your explicit written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UMO Labs AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
AI recommendations and outputs are provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for all decisions made based on our advice.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites (including Calendly, Skool, and Stripe). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway for clients based in the European Economic Area, and by the laws of Wyoming, USA for all other clients, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the governing jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
