The rules for using UMO Labs AI's website and services.
By accessing or using umolabs.ai or any UMO Labs AI service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of UMO Labs AI LLC ("UMO Labs AI", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Wyoming, USA, operating globally with a remote team.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the site for any user who violates these terms.
All content on umolabs.ai, including text, design, code, graphics, and brand assets, is the intellectual property of UMO Labs AI LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Work product created specifically for a client under a paid engagement is owned by the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Underlying tools, frameworks, methodologies, and IP developed by UMO Labs AI remain our property.
Fees for services are as stated at the time of purchase or in your service agreement. All fees are in EUR unless otherwise stated.

We treat client information with strict confidentiality. Information shared with UMO Labs AI during an engagement will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to deliver the service.
Clients are similarly expected to treat proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and tools provided by UMO Labs AI as confidential and not share them with third parties.
The information on umolabs.ai is provided for general informational purposes. While we work to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
AI tools and systems involve inherent uncertainty. We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes from our services. Projections and estimates provided during engagements are based on available information and are not guarantees of results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UMO Labs AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that specific engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Monthly retainer services (AI Co-Pilot) may be cancelled at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to terminate access to our services immediately if you breach these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming, unless otherwise agreed in a separate service agreement.
For clients based in the European Union or European Economic Area, applicable EU consumer protection laws also apply where relevant.
